The Rubber Meets The Road

This is a recent email I received from one of our valued clients. We take pride in making sure that the policies we sell will provide the protection that our clients expect and need. I think the interaction speaks for itself.

Dear Kearson,

Everything regarding our claim continues to go very smoothly. The mitigation company, DSI Professional Restoration, is doing a fantastic job repairing our drywall and will soon start on our floors. Randi and Kent at DSI have been great about communicating in a timely manner and keeping things moving along. We used DSI once before when we had another plumbing disaster (unfortunately!). They dried out our property and got it ready for repairs. We hope to never need them again, but we will certainly recommend them when we have an opportunity.

Thank you again for the excellent service of your adjuster, Logan. The agent who arranged for our policy with Nationwide, Dave Brukiewa of Brukhouse Insurance, Inc., has also done a terrific job for us. We are so grateful for everyone’s help as we near completion of our claim.
