What you did well: 1. Got us quotes from two different companies that were better than other companies. 2. Sent us email copies and then discussed the findings with us over the phone. Walked me through the options that best cover my liabilities/assets, clueing me on the things that affect cost- example: informing what the minimum premium covers which kept me from depreciating assets or understate liability in order to get the lowest premium - aka, the cost benefit exercise based on a false premise.
