Dave began his insurance career in 2005 with Farmers Insurance, where he built a successful agency before selling it in 2012. Driven by a desire to offer clients greater flexibility and more personalized solutions, he launched his own independent agency, giving customers access to a wider range of insurance carriers and coverage options.
Today, Dave is committed to helping individuals, families, and businesses make informed insurance decisions. His approach centers on education, risk management, and finding the right balance between protection and affordability.
When he’s not helping clients, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He can often be found fishing, hiking, or skiing in the mountains.

Tabitha Gray came on board with the Brukhouse team in 2015 with multiple years of experience at Progressive and as a commercial underwriter. Her years of experience are greater in age than her 10-year-old boy, who lovingly consumes her time when she is away from the office. Her and her son enjoy time hiking, playing games at the park, walking their two dogs and playing video games on relaxing nights at home.
From starting at Brukhouse Insurance at the front desk back in 2015, Tabitha now manages the entire Personal Lines team and all new incoming personal lines clients. Her motto is “If you love what you do, you won’t work a day in your life!”. Tabitha loves insurance and loves helping individuals find the right protection for them and their families while ensuring an overall pleasant, fun, and informative insurance experience.
Sonya Pollock joined Brukhouse Insurance in January 2024 and brings over 25 years of insurance experience to our team. From sales, to investigations to underwriting-Sonya is well rounded and knowledgeable to assist with any insurance questions you may have!
Outside of the insurance world, Sonya is a wife and mother to 2 wonderful boys. Her time is spent relaxing at home with family, crafting, and staying active.
Joshua Lichtenegger joined the Brukhouse team in February 2024. He is brand new to the insurance game but looks forward to growing in it as a career. He is very excited to be part of a knowledgeable team who is supportive and happy to help guide him through his insurance journey.
Outside of work, Josh has a wife and two dogs who are his world. He enjoys his free time by watching movies and finding new activities for him and his wife to partake in with their dogs.
